Tatiana Nozdrenkova (Belgium) – Prenatal & postnatal yoga

Curious and joyful by nature Tatiana discovered yoga about 10 years ago and is now fully dedicated to yoga and shiatsu: learning, teaching and sharing. Starting with Ashtanga Vinyasa (Moscow school) she has since practiced with great teachers of Belgian Iyengar Yoga Association and traditional Hatha Yoga in Europe and India. Certified in Nepal in 2012 (Satyananda Bihar school) and in Pregnancy Yoga (London, Brussels and with Open Sky USA) she is currently finishing another TTC in Viniyoga in Belgium. Through various trainings, workshops and life experiences Tatiana gradually created her gentle, mindful yet active Zen Yoga style that she since transmits with love and joy.

Sarah Parkes (Ireland) – Anatomy & Physiology

Sarah graduated from her Bachelor in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in 2008 with first class honours. During these years she also obtained a qualification in exercise, strength and conditioning and personal training from the National Training Centre, Ireland. Sarah went on to obtain a full qualification from DMA Clinical Pilates in Melbourne accredited by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Sarah travelled to India to complete her 200hr yoga teaching training with Sivananda among other qualifications including aryuvedic medicine, reiki and pranayama breathing techniques. Sarah also holds qualifications in pre and postnatal pilates. She has since returned to Dublin where she is under-taking a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in University College Dublin whilst consulting with the Irish Rugby Football Union and several busy sports physiotherapy clinics where she also teaches yoga and pilates classes.

 Annie Sauerland (Germany) – Yoga for Trauma

AnnieBorn and raised in Germany but a globetrotter by heart, Annie lived in Germany, Lebanon, the Palestinian Territories and Jordan. With a background in outdoor pedagogy with a specialization in emergency pedagogic (trauma education) Annie worked as a trainer for the German organization ‘Friends of Waldorf Education’ in emergency missions after conflict and natural disasters (Gaza, Indonesia & Haiti). Coming back from the Middle-East Annie started practicing Yoga in Germany. Yoga since then is her passion and supporter in life. Holding a Master in arts management Annie works as a freelance project manager for various projects and organizations in film, transcultural youth meetings and Arab underground culture. Annie is a certified yoga teacher (200h, Sivananda, Bahamas) with an additional certification in ‘Yoga for Trauma’ (Sivananda, Austria). These days she travels through Europe teaching Yoga whenever she has the possibility.


Aurélie Busson (France) – Hatha Yoga

aurélieBorn in France, Aurélie has lived in Japan, England, Italy and is now moving to the US. After working in fashion for several years, Aurélie followed her passion for wellbeing and positive psychology and became a certified yoga teacher (200 hrs, Santosha, Bali) adding Reiki and Massage to her curriculum. She has spent time in Sivananda Ashrams in India (Neyyar Dam) and in the US (New York). Aurélie has been involved in several volunteering projects including with the Palestinian community in Jerusalem.
